Our relationships with clients, partners and employees are open and transparent. We apply the same principles to our recruitment process. All applicants go through the same selection process.

What – or rather, who – are we looking for?

It is very important for us to hire people who identify with the ProCredit group. We do not require you to have any work experience or a specific academic field. You can be a recent graduate or a qualified professional. You can have experience in the banking field or not. What we value is being unique and willing to learn every day. However, one thing is essential: since we are an international group, you must have a good level of English.

Through your application, you enable us to create a first impression of your experience and skills. In order to make an objective assessment of the application, all sections must be completed clearly and with particular care. 1. Complete and submit a motivation letter 

An important part of the application process is also the motivation letter. It is an opportunity to convince us that you really want to be part of the ProCredit team.

  • Tell us about yourself and your interests.
  • Explain why you want to work with us and what you expect from the bank as an employer.
  • Tell us what sparked your interest in ProCredit Bank and ProCredit Holding.

The cover letter should preferably be in English. To enable us to assess your application accurately, it is very important that you do not: use clichés, send ready-made cover letters, or copy-paste information from the ProCredit Bank and ProCredit Holding websites.

Phone interview and Individual Interview

2. Telephone Interview

After we have reviewed all applications, a member of our Human Resources team will contact the most suitable candidates for a telephone interview. During the telephone interview, you will be given the opportunity to introduce yourself and help us learn more about your education and experience, as well as the reasons for which you have applied.

3. Individual Interview

The individual interview is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and discuss mutual expectations. If you have any questions, job responsibilities or development opportunities, this is the right time to address them. We also encourage open and honest communication in order to ensure that this opportunity is a good fit for both parties.
