Detailed Information:
Interest rates apply only to new deposits opened for children up to 18 years of age, funded with new money to the bank. The deposit is part of the ProKid package. The ProKid package may be opened and managed only by the child’s parent or legal guardian until the child reaches 18 years of age.
The parent manages the ProKid package through their personal e-Banking platform.
Deposits opened under this offer will not be automatically renewed at the same interest rate upon maturity. At renewal, the standard interest rates applicable at that time will apply.
The minimum amount required to open a deposit is EUR 1,000 or ALL 100,000.
The ProKid fixed-term deposit may be opened and managed only by the parent or legal guardian until the child reaches the age of 18.
The interest earned is subject to a 15% withholding tax, in accordance with the applicable tax legislation.

Deposit funds are fully protected and insured by the Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA) - www.asd.gov.al, up to ALL 2,500,000, or the equivalent amount in another currency, in accordance with Law No. 53/2014, dated 22.05.2014, “On Deposit Insurance,” as amended.

In the event of early termination of the deposit, the following penalties apply:

• Loss of 100% of accrued interest for deposits in EUR
• Loss of 90% of accrued interest for deposits in ALL

Notice Periods for Early Termination:

• Up to EUR 100,000 / ALL 10,000,000 – 2 days’ notice
• From EUR 100,000 to EUR 1,000,000 / ALL 10,000,000 to ALL 100,000,000 – 31 days’ notice
• Above EUR 1,000,000 / ALL 100,000,000 – 90 days’ notice
