Can I make deposits into my savings account at 24/7 Zones?
From 1 May 2018 access to the savings account will be available only through transfers. You can use the 24/7 Zones to deposit into the current account whereas you can transfer it to your savings account via e-banking.
What is the maximum amount of money which I can deposit at an ATM?
Customers can deposit up to 50 banknotes in the ATM. The total amount deposited by the customer during the day must not exceed 1,000,000 LEK / 7,000 EUR. Deposits are reflected in the account within 3 minutes. The daily limit for card transactions at the ATM is 30 transactions.
How does the dropbox function?
Businesses with a daily turnover of more than EUR 10,000 can deposit their turnover at one of our daily turnover deposit safes (dropbox) at any time; this service requires a contract with the bank. Clients will be provided with a card allowing access to the deposit safes of their choice. Clients will receive special plastic deposit bags and the required deposit forms (“Collection Order” and “Funds Origin Statement Form”) and a daily deposit limit will be set. How much money can I withdraw from an ATM?
The minimum amount you can withdraw is 500 ALL. The daily withdrawal limit at ProCredit Bank Albania ATMs in the 24/7 Zones is 200,000 ALL / 2,000 EUR. The daily limit for card transactions at ATMs is 30 transactions.
