I confirm that the registered information is true, correct and complete and authorise the Bank to process my personal data, as well as my financial information, throughout the duration of my relationship with the Bank, in accordance with Law no. 124, dated 19.12.2024, “On protection of personal data”, as well as on the sub legal acts based on this law.
I further declare that I am aware that for efficiency-related reasons and high service quality, some services involving the data registered in this form through the Bank’s website may be transferred and performed in real time by Quipu GmbH Company in Germany.

With reference to the above, I hereby provide my freely given and full consent regarding the control, processing and transfer of my personal data provided in this form to these countries, throughout the duration of the contractual relationship between me and ProCredit Bank sh.a.

The personal and financial data of the Applicant/Customer that is collected by the Bank will be controlled, processed and transferred for the purpose of establishing and continuously improving the entire contractual relationship between the Applicant/Customer and the Bank. The data will be stored in accordance with Law no. 124, dated 19.12.2024, “On protection of personal data”, as well as on the sub legal acts based on this law.

I hereby grant permission to ProCredit Bank sh.a. to provide me with information about banking services and the Bank by means of SMS/telephone/e-mail. I am aware that I can revoke this permission at any time by contacting the Bank. I further authorise ProCredit Bank to store and process my personal data for banking services and for promotional purposes in compliance with the legislation governing this area throughout the duration of my relationship with the Bank.

The Bank has the right to develop further steps of this application after making an assessment of my economic and financial situation and other data related to me and upon the signing of all documents necessary for this purpose. The completion of this online form is only a preliminary step towards obtaining the product and it is not considered as the official start of the application process. I understand and agree that the application for this product will be considered officially in progress only after the necessary documentation provided in the applicable regulations of the Bank of Albania has been signed. Additionally, I understand and agree that the abovementioned product will be considered active immediately after the contract associated with the product is signed by me and the Bank’s representatives.
