ProCredit Bank & EIF – European support for your business

ProCredit Bank is part of the WB EDIF GUARANTEE4SME initiative, a guarantee programme of the European Investment Fund (EIF), implemented within the framework of the European Union’s initiatives for private sector development. The purpose of this programme is to facilitate businesses’ access to finance by offering greater flexibility in collateral requirements and by partially covering financing risk.

The exposures covered under this scheme aim to foster the growth and further development of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Albania.

Thanks to EIF support, ProCredit Bank clients benefit from easier access to finance and more favourable terms. The EIF guarantee helps reduce collateral requirements and enables more competitive interest rates, making financing more accessible. This allows you to invest with greater confidence in business growth, innovation, digitalisation or sustainable projects, without excessive financial burden.

• Guarantee coverage: Up to 80% of the financing amount
• Preferential financing terms: up to 0.5% lower than standard rates
• Maximum exposure per client / group of clients: Up to EUR 500,000

• All business clients that meet the standard credit criteria according to the European Commission’s SME definition
• Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) registered in or mainly operating in Albania, in compliance with Albanian legislation
