Agreement with ADGF Foundation

Within the framework of the new agreement with the ADGF Foundation (Albanian Development Guarantee Facility).

With this agreement, we provide financial support and aim to strengthen micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), in agriculture, rural markets, as well as in other sectors of the economy by offering a risk-sharing guarantee mechanism that makes access to financing easier and more inclusive. This guarantee aims to revitalize certain sectors of the economy, ensure continuity and confidence in activities. The guarantee mechanism is implemented through a categorization adapted to meet the specific needs of businesses at different stages of development. This agreement plays a crucial role in encouraging entrepreneurship, promoting investments and contributing to a sustainable economy. 

Within the Fund, 3 typologies of clients can be approved:

• MSMEs that have been operating in the market for over two years - dedicated to supporting MSMEs that do not have or possess insufficient collateral to access financing from financial institutions.
• MSMEs that invest in Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy projects - dedicated to supporting MSMEs that invest in energy efficiency, renewable energy and initiatives aimed at reducing CO₂ emissions. 
• MSMEs that are registered within 24 months prior to expressing their interest in financing - dedicated to supporting new MSMEs in the market. 

Type of financing includes:

• New loans;
• Non-refinancing or restructuring of existing facilities;
• Working capital;
• Investment loans;
• Overdrafts.

• ALL
• EUR

*The Fund covers with guarantee from 50% to 70% of the investment value.
