Go Digital in the Western Balkans Programme - in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

This programme helps MSMEs accelerate their digital transformation and align their business operations with EU standards. By supporting investments in automation, digitalisation and green technologies, the programme helps MSMEs increase their productivity, improve quality and strengthen their competitiveness in the market. The aim of this programme is to increase the capacity, resilience and innovation of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises by increasing access to finance to enable a higher uptake of digitalisation, automation, competitiveness and green technologies.

Eligible clients:
Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), registered or operating primarily in Albania and in compliance with Albanian legislation.
*Subjects must meet ProCredit Bank Albania's standard credit assessment criteria.

Financing currency: EUR

The financing will have a 10% incentive benefit for the following cases: 

• Will be available only for qualified investments in automation and/or digitalization;
• For all those clients and investment plans that meet the conditions and criteria foreseen under this program and have successfully completed the verification process by the EBRD;

The program covers a wide range of technologies that include: 

• Automated production and processing equipment;
• Automated agricultural equipment;
• Automated manufacturing solutions that improve business efficiency, productivity and flexibility throughout the production cycle, including robots;
• Medical devices; 
• Software such as Business Process Automation and ERP Systems, Operations Digitalization, Energy Efficiency and Resource Optimization, Cross-Functional Digital Solutions.
