The special feature of these zones is that they are equipped with such high-tech equipment, which allows you to perform a wide range of banking services yourself, quickly and without being limited by the bank's official opening hours. To enter and receive banking services in this zone, you must be equipped with a debit or credit card.
Services that can be performed in the 24/7 Zone:
Deposit or Withdrawal:
Especially for business clients, we have introduced a new service that will make it easier to manage funds by depositing at any time on the devices located in the 24/7 Zone without having to wait in line or rush to reach the bank's official opening hours to meet your business needs.
Dropbox:
Mainly offered to businesses that have high daily cash turnover. By entering into a prior agreement with the bank, you can deposit at any time in this safe in amounts over 1,000,000 lek/day (equivalent in Euro and Dollar).
ATMs:
In addition to being able to withdraw up to 300,000 lekë/ 2,000 euros from your business account and up to 200,000 lekë/ 1,500 euros to your personal account, you can deposit:
Account status:
Each customer is offered the opportunity to view the balance in the current account by using the “Balance” menu at each ATM in the 24/7 Zone. In addition to viewing the balance, you are offered the opportunity to print the last 10 transactions through the “Last 10 Transactions” service at each ATM in the 24/7 Zone.
Transactions through E-banking:
The E-banking corner offers the possibility of accessing the e-banking platform, through which you can perform transfers within the bank, currency exchanges, national and international transfers, as well as bill payments. You can also change your password to access E-banking or you can view a specific transfer order through the “Recent Payment Orders” menu using a series of filters such as the type of transfer, beneficiary name, beneficiary bank, IBAN, amount, currency, etc.
