ProCredit Bank stresses that the provision of your personal data is not obligatory and it is optional for every subject to provide voluntarily the required information and to continue further with the application for the purpose it is requested (e.g.: job application for the ProCredit Entry Programme).

In this context, ProCredit Bank wishes to bring to the attention of each user that after the information has arrived on the Bank Web server, the Bank implements a security system with high standards for storage and further processing of this data, in complete accordance with the provisions of law no. 9887 dated 10.03.2008 "On Protection of Personal Data". We use appropriate security measures to protect data under our control against manipulation, loss, destruction, access by unauthorized persons and unauthorized disclosure. Our security procedures are continuously improved by putting in place new technologies.

The user confirms the completion and accuracy of the information provided by stating to have completed correctly and accurately all the required information. In addition, upon filling in the online application, the user states that he gives his approval for further processing of the information provided for use by the bank according to the privacy statement on which the client voluntarily gives his consent, as in the case of the application for the "ProCredit Entry Programme" according to the following link:

All the employment applications addressed to the "ProCredit Entry Programme" or a specific bank position shall be done directly through our official Internet web site.

The process of getting the applicant data starts through the online application, according to the foreseen fields of the CV to be filled in and the address of the letter of motivation.

The basic data to be taken from the online application is as follows:

•  Personal data (Name, father’s name, surname, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, identity card no., civil status, number of children).

• Contacts (Telephone number, residence and the email address)

• Questions regarding information on the program

•  Education

•  Professional experience

•  Training activities

•  Voluntary/community work

•  Foreign languages

•  Computer skills

•  Activities and interests

•  Contacts of persons who could provide references for the applicant

•  Letter of motivation

The employees having the function of selection of staff in the Department of Human Resources have the right of access to see and process the personal data of the applicants.

The scanned references brought by the candidate through his/her email address are documented in this phase, which we check and verify by communicating by email and by telephone with the person providing them.

Here are included comments received from the telephone communication with previous employers or professors that the candidate has preliminarily provided in the initial application.

At any moment, after the user has provided the requested information voluntarily in specific areas, the latter is entitled to, through a request to ProCredit Bank, to access this information and request correction. Storage, handling and processing of this data is done in accordance with law no. 9887 dated 10.03.2008 "On Protection of Personal Data", and bylaws for its implementation. Our Privacy Policy may change in the future.

However, in no case can the rights guaranteed by law no. 9887 dated 10.03.2008 "On Protection of Personal Data", and bylaws for its implementation, be limited.

If the application to be recruited through the "ProCredit Entry Programme" is not qualified as a winner to continue further, the selection phase, the data are stored by the bank in the online application software for 6 (six) months from the day of refusal and later on are automatically erased by the software.

Whereas, in the event that the applicant is hired as a bank employee, and later on his/her job contract is dissolved, the dismissed employee is informed that he/she can withdraw his/her personal documentation up to three months after the termination of the labor relations. If the staff is not interested in withdrawing the documentation, they are disposed from the personal file 3 (three) months after the termination of work relations, based on the Instruction No.11, dated 08.09.2011 “On the Data Processing in the Private Sector”.
