Updating your personal data registered with ProCredit Bank.

Dear Clients,

We are currently in the process of updating our database and we want to ensure that your personal information is accurate and valid. Therefore, If there have been any changes to your personal data, please visit one of our outlets to update your information. Please remember to bring a valid identity document for you or your business.

So that we can complete the update as soon as possible, we kindly ask you to submit any changes to your data – in person – no later than 31 October 2018. You can visit us at any ProCredit outlet from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. Our professional staff will be happy to assist you with the process and advise you about any other banking matter.

If you do not update your personal data by the deadline, then we will assume that your information has not changed, and the information that is currently registered with the bank will be considered up to date.
