ProCredit Bank invites all interested applicants, to apply on-line for Young Bankers Program to have the possibility of selection and participation in Recruitment Day on 22 September 2012
Four times a year, ProCredit Bank offers a six-month introductory course on banking and finance – the Young Bankers Programme – with starting dates in the first month of each quarter. University graduates or other interested individuals with practical work experience are eligible to participate.
In addition to maths and accounting, the course also focuses on communication, analytical thinking, and all relevant banking-related subjects. This integration involves both classroom instruction and practical training in ProCredit Bank Albania’s branches and service points.
The candidates selected by ProCredit Bank to participate in the programme receive a stipend throughout the six-month period. The stipend amount can be adapted for people with work experience.
Upon successful completion of the six-month course, there is a strong possibility that the participant will be offered an employment contract by the bank. If an individual’s performance is unsatisfactory at any point during the six-month period, his or her participation in the programme will be terminated, as will payment of the stipend.
The Young Bankers Programme offers people who are interested in working for us a unique opportunity to obtain specialised training in the field of banking and to familiarise themselves with our day-to-day operations through practical work experience in ProCredit Bank offices. Thus, participation in the programme creates an ideal foundation for a future career at our bank.
In order to be eligible to apply, you must meet certain requirements. However, they are fairly flexible:
University Degree
Work experience is an advantage
You must have good interpersonal and communication skills
You must also be willing to take on responsibility
All participants must be willing to work in different cities in Albania
Very good English language and computer skills are an advantage
