Application procedure
· Period of application: from 1 January to 30 October based on the support measure
· Details of the project (a specific form is filled in by respective field experts)
· Municipality/community confirmation (respective deposit receipt) certifying property tax payment for 2011
· Photocopy of applicant’s identity card or passport
· Proof of bank account number
· Land ownership documents:
Property certificate or proof of ownership (both Real Estate Registration Office)
Land Ownership Act ( Law No. 7501)
Confirmation from community/municipality as necessary when allocation of property title has not yet been finalised
· When the applicant rents a piece of land
A notarized lease contract with third parties
