Borislav Kostadinov
Chief Executive Officer
Born 1976 in Burgas, Bulgaria. He has been a member of ProCredit Holding’s (before that of IPC’s) staff since 1999. Mr. Kostadinov joined ProCredit Bank Albania in 2008 as Chief Executive Officer. He had previously served in ProCredit Bank Macedonia as Chief Executive Officer from 2004 till 2008, initially starting there in 2003 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that Mr. Kostadinov worked as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer in ProCredit Bank Serbia between May 2002 and May 2003, as well as a Branch Manager in ProCredit Bank Bulgaria from October 2001 to April 2002. His career with the group started in 1999, while being part of IPC’s team responsible for the credit program for small and medium-sized enterprises in Bulgaria, sponsored by KfW and EBRD. In addition, he currently serves on the Boards of Directors of ProCredit Bank Bulgaria and ProCredit Ghana. He completed his studies at the University of Sofia (St. Kliment Ohridski), Faculty of Business Administration.
Anila Denaj
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Born 1973 in Tirana, Albania. She has been a member of ProCredit Holding’s (before that of IPC's) staff since 2001. Ms. Denaj is Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ProCredit Bank, Albania. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Novobanco Mozambique (actually ProCredit Bank Mozambique). Prior to this assignment, Ms. Denaj was a regional manager at ProCredit Bank Romania. Before joining IPC she worked at ProCredit Bank Albania as Deputy Chief Executive Officer for lending activities. Her first assignment for IPC was as an adviser to the management of Banco Los Andes ProCredit in Bolivia, and afterwards she served as a regional manager for Banco ProCredit Ecuador.
Mimoza Godanci
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Born 1976 in Prishtina Kosovo. She joined ProCredit Bank staff in 1999 on the foundation of ProCredit Bank Kosovo (former MEB Bank). Ms Godanci has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ProCredit Bank Albania since 2009. Prior to this assignment, she was Manager of Branches Network Organisation and Development at ProCredit Bank Kosovo. In 2002 she graduated as Master in Economics and Business Analysis from the University of Staffordshire, England, and currently is studying her third year at
ProCredit Holding Academy in Frankfurt, Germany.
Flutura Veipi
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Born in Vlora in 1977. She joined ProCredit Bank staff in 1998. Ms. Veipi is Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ProCredit Bank, Albania. She
initially worked in ProCredit Bank as Loan Officer for Durres and
Tirana, and later as Credit Coordinator, Branch Manager and between
March 2007 - December 2008 was Regional Manager for Tirana, between January 2009 - January 2010 was Credit Division Manager. In 2000 she
graduated from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics, majoring
in Finance–Accounting, and currently is studying her third year at
ProCredit Holding Academy in Frankfurt, Germany.
Elvira Tartari, M.Sc.
Finance Division Manager
Born 1977 in Tirana, Albania. She joined ProCredit Bank staff in 2007 and was appointed Head of Finance and Control Division. Previously she worked for 5 years as Senior Auditor for a reputable international consultancy company. She completed her postgraduate studies for a Master’s degree in 2002 at the International Center for Advanced Mediterranean Studies in Crete, Greece. Currently she is studying for qualification to be a member of the Institute of Associate Certified Accountants (ACCA Qualification).
Odeta Paloka, MBA
Operation Division Manager
Born 1974 in Tirana, Albania. She joined ProCredit Bank staff in 1997. Initially, she worked as Loan Officer and later as Agency Coordinator and Branch Manager. In 2006 she was appointed Head of Cash and Account Operations Sector and later Deputy Head of Operations Division. Her present position is Head of Operations Division in ProCredit Bank Albania. She completed her undergraduate studies in 1996 at theUniversity of Tirana, Faculty of Economy, majoring in Business Administration and her postgraduate studies as Master of Business Administration, and currently is studying her third year at
ProCredit Holding Academy in Frankfurt, Germany.
Ardita Dragusha
Retail Division Manager
Born in 1975 in Shkoder, Albania. She graduated in 1998 from the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi”, Faculty of Economy, majoring in Business Administration. She has 9 years of experience in the banking system in Albania and abroad. She joined ProCredit Bank staff in January 2006 as Retail Specialist and then in June 2007 was appointed Retail Sector Manager. Her current position since February 2008 is Retail Division Manager. In March 2008 she completed post-graduate studies at the Regional Academy of ProCredit Bank in Skopje, Macedonia, and currently is studying her first year at
ProCredit Holding Academy in Frankfurt, Germany.
Akan Ajdini
Regional Manager for Tirana
Born in Tirana in 1979. He joined ProCredit Bank staff in May 2004 as Loan Officer in Tirana. In January 2006 he was assigned as Loan Specialist in the Credit Division in Head Office and later was promoted to Coordinator of the Credit Administration Unit: after that as Manager of ProCredit Bank Berat and Kuçova between May 2007 – December 2008. His present position is Regional Manager for Tirana. In 2001 he graduated from the University of Tirana in Business Administration, and currently is studying at
ProCredit Holding Academy in Frankfurt, Germany.
Ada Përmeti
East Regional Manager
Born 1974 in Albania. She joined ProCredit Bank staff in 2000 as Loan Officer in ProCredit Bank in Tirana, Elbasan and Korça. Later she worked as Credit Coordinator and Branch Manager of ProCredit Bank Korça. Her present position is Regional Manager for ProCredit Bank Pogradec, Korça, Bilisht and Elbasan. She completed her undergraduate studies in 1994 at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economy, majoring in Marketing, and graduated at ProCredit Holding Academy in Frankfurt, Germany.
Senida Mesi
North Regional Manager
Born 1977 in Shkodra, Albania. She has been ProCredit Bank staff since November 2000. Ms Mesi is Regional Manager for North Albania. She previously served as Shkodra’s Branch Manager. Prior to this assignment she was Loan Officer and later Credit Coordinator at ProCredit Bank Shkodra. Ms Mesi graduated from University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics, in Business Administration, and graduated at ProCredit Holding Academy in Frankfurt, Germany.
